Media or Participants Info Upload

Use this form to upload any Media or Participants Information. Please provide all the information you can, even if your Media is not ready yet. You will be able to update it later. More information now will help us get ready and run the program smoother. Two things that are needed right now are participants names and song/music track title.

Name
Please provide names of all participants. These will be used by EmCees in the introduction of the participants before or after your team performance.
Please write what music/song(s) you intend to use for dances. This information will help us reduce duplications in selected songs.
You can upload any Media files (mp3/aac/wav, mp4/avi/wmv etc.) needed for your performance.
EmCees will use your name, team name, and the names of the participants you provided to introduce your program. If you want something more than that, please specify here.
We will play your recorded audio on the speakers. If you need something beyond that, pls discuss we will try to accommodate.
We cannot do projections. Limited control available for Stage lights.

  • My team will follow the guidelines for a family friendly event performance.
  • I will ensure that all participants purchase tickets/membership before the sales close. No tickets available at the door.
  • I will ensure that I and my full team will be backstage at the time communicated by the Program Director.
  • On behalf of all participants, I give permission to Hindi Sangam to use my team's photograph and videos on Hindi Sangam Social Media.
I understand that failure to follow the rules may cause our performance to be canceled.
