Deepawali Samaroh 2024

We are excited to bring to you our premium event – The Hindi Sangam Deepawali Samaroh – the biggest extravaganza of the year. It is on Saturday, Oct 26, 2024 at Lake Oswego High School Auditorium. We have lined up a great event for you!!

We will send reminder of the tickets to all who have acquired their free tickets through membership or have bought general admission tickets. We will provide some last minute details in the email, so please keep an eye on that.

Please plan to arrive at Lake Oswego Senior High School at 2:30 PM on Saturday. You will need to register using your email/name that you used when getting your membership/tickets. At registration you will get your hand-stamped (for entry/re-entry) and the coupons for the food. Please save those coupons till the end of the program. The dinner boxes will be distributed at the end of the program.

Auditorium doors will open at 2:30PM. The seating is first-come, first-serve. First two rows in the center aisle will be reserved for sponsors and special guests. We will promptly start the program at 3:00PM. We have lineup of dances, skits and performances for close to two and a half-hour.

After the program, we will have music and dance outside the auditorium (in dinner hall) while you are collecting your dinner boxes. There will be chairs and tables for you all to sit and eat, but you are also welcome to take dinner boxes with you. Just a friendly reminder, if you have to leave before the program ends, we will not be able to provide the dinner boxes. Dinner will only open after the program. No Exceptions.
